ORDER EXCLUDING RESPONDENT FROM PRACTICE

 

 

  *1 On January 27, 1986, the Director of the Office of Enrollment and Discipline filed charges under 35 U.S.C. 32 and 37 CFR 10.134 against respondent, whose Registration No. is 22213. Thereafter, a hearing was held before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). On December 12, 1986, the ALJ entered an initial decision under 10 CFR 10.154 excluding respondent from further practice before the Patent and Trademark Office.

 

  On January 6, 1987, and again on January 29, 1987, respondent offered to resign pursuant to 37 CFR 10.133(b). The Director has indicated that he does not oppose respondent's offer to resign.

 

 

ORDER

 

 

  Upon consideration of the entire record and respondent's offer to resign, it is

 

  ORDERED, that respondent's offer to resign is accepted and it is

 

  FURTHER ORDERED, that respondent is hereby excluded (35 U.S.C. 32) from further practice before the Patent and Trademark Office and it is

 

  STILL FURTHER ORDERED, that a copy of this order be published in the Official Gazette [37 CFR 10.159(b) ].
